BPC-157

Recovery & injuries

A peptide derived from a stomach protein, studied for its possible role in tissue repair.

Research use
TendonsJointsGut

How it works

Studied for promoting new blood vessel formation and modulating inflammation, which would help repair damaged tissues.

Most reported

  • Better tendon and joint recovery
  • Fewer digestive issues
  • Faster recovery after training

Evidence level

Mostly animal studies; no large human trials.

Common side effects

Generally well tolerated; occasionally mild nausea, dizziness, or injection-site reaction.

Combines / avoids

Pairs well with TB-500 for recovery.

Typical use

4-6 week cycles, low daily dose (250-500 mcg).

TB-500

Recovery & injuries

Synthetic version of a natural protein (Thymosin Beta-4) involved in cell repair and movement.

Research use
Muscle recoveryFlexibilityInjuries

How it works

Helps repair cells migrate to the injured area and promotes formation of new blood vessels.

Most reported

  • Muscle-injury recovery
  • More flexibility
  • Less inflammation

Evidence level

Mostly preclinical; little human data.

Common side effects

Injection-site reaction; occasionally passing fatigue or dizziness.

Combines / avoids

Pairs with BPC-157. Banned in professional sport (WADA).

Typical use

2 times a week, dose of ~2-2.5 mg.

BPC-157 + TB-500 (blend)

Recovery & injuries

The combination of the two most-used recovery peptides in one vial.

Research use
RecoveryTendonsInjuries

How it works

Aims to combine BPC-157's local repair with TB-500's more systemic action.

Most reported

  • More complete overall recovery
  • Tendon and muscle support

Evidence level

No human studies validating the combination as a whole.

Common side effects

Similar to its components; injection-site reaction.

Combines / avoids

Already a combination; avoid duplicating its components separately.

Typical use

Daily blend dose (~600-1000 mcg), in 4-6 week cycles.

KPV

Recovery & injuries

A small fragment of a hormone, studied mainly for its anti-inflammatory effect.

Research use
InflammationGutSkin

How it works

Studied for calming inflammation signals inside the cell, with interest in gut and skin.

Most reported

  • Less inflammation
  • Digestive support
  • Calmer skin

Evidence level

Mainly lab studies; little human data.

Common side effects

Well tolerated; injection-site reaction.

Combines / avoids

Usually comes inside the KLOW blend.

Typical use

Daily dose of ~500 mcg to 1 mg.

Thymosin Alpha-1 (TA1)

Recovery & injuries

A thymus peptide that modulates the immune system; approved in several countries (not the US) as thymalfasin.

Not FDA approved. Marketed as thymalfasin (Zadaxin) in several countries outside the US; in the US it has held orphan-drug designation but no marketing approval.
Immune systemHepatitis B/C (clinical use)Recovery

How it works

Acts as a signal to immune cells (especially T lymphocytes and dendritic cells), helping them mature and respond better. It is an immune modulator, not a general stimulant.

Most reported

  • Clinical use as an adjuvant in hepatitis B and C in some countries
  • Interest in immune support and recovery
  • Generally well tolerated in studies

Evidence level

Real clinical evidence in specific indications (viral hepatitis, vaccine adjuvant) in countries where it is approved. For general 'immune support' or athletic recovery, evidence is thin.

Common side effects

Usually well tolerated: local discomfort, sometimes flu-like malaise. Caution with autoimmune disease or immunosuppression given its immune effects.

Combines / avoids

In medicine it has been used alongside antiviral treatment under supervision. Beyond that, no studied combinations.

Typical use

Existing regimens come from medical protocols for approved indications. We do not publish doses for general use.
